Publication funding
The page contains information about our reward system for faculty members who are planning to publish research work with a Geneva Business School affiliation. Higher payments than those indicated above can potentially be authorised depending on the quality of the publication and its relevance to the school's research strategy.
Payments are not automatic and faculty must submit an application using the Publications Funding application form to be considered for these rewards.

Conditions
Payments are for publications produced by Geneva Business School faculty who teach or supervise students at any campus.
Other co-authors can be involved in the publication but payments will only be made to the school’s faculty members. If a Geneva Business School faculty member is not the primary author of the publication then the final payment may be lower than indicated above. In cases where there are three or more authors, a proportional payment will be made in line with the faculty member's overall contribution to the publication.
Payments will be made upon successful publication of the article or book with the school affiliation visible. The author should be listed as being affiliated with the Geneva Business School Research Center. If an address is requested, the school's Geneva campus should be used. In work co-authored with students, this affiliation should be for both the faculty member and student, unless the faculty member is restricted by contractual obligations to another institution.
Authors agree to allow the school to list the publication and the abstract on the school’s digital research pages.
Applications should normally be made before the article has been submitted for consideration by the journal or publisher and any feedback provided by the Research Review Panel should be taken into consideration prior to submission. Exceptions to this are permitted in some circumstances.
Publications must be relevant to at least one of the school’s six research areas and ideally be in English but exceptions can be considered.
The school reserves the right to reject funding rewards for work published in journals perceived to be run by vanity or predatory publishers , including those journals listed here.
