Background
From October 24 to November 30, 2024, the Tindog Atenista initiative, spearheaded by the Association of Psychology Students of Ateneo (APSA) and other Ateneo student organizations, delivered phased relief to Bicol Region communities devastated by Tropical Storm Kristine and Typhoon Pepito.
Impact
Through three phases from October to November 2024, Tindog Atenista provided over 4,000 hot meals, 10,000 bottles of water, 2,000 relief goods, and 500 clothing bundles to affected communities in Camarines Sur, Naga City, and nearby provinces. The initiative also supported recovery by distributing cleaning materials, school supplies, and hygiene kits to the hardest-hit areas. This collective effort of Ateneo organizations and partners showcased genuine bayanihan, fostering hope and long-term community resilience.
