2. Semiconductor and VLSI (Intake-15)

Selected interns will work on mini-projects in one or more of the following areas: 

• Semiconductor device modelling with special emphasis to nanoscale MOS devices.

• Analog and digital circuit design and analysis in 45nm or 90 nm technology nodes.

• Reconfigurable system design with VHDL/Verilog HDL and FPGA implementation.

• Optimization Algorithms and Metaheuristics.

• Circuit sizing.

• Optimization of Analog IC layout.
