Ways to Promote Good Health:

-Handwashing

-Drinking plenty of water

-Covering mouth with inside of elbow when coughing or sneezing

-Using tissue to blow nose, and placing directly in trashcan

-Daily disinfecting of classroom

-Eating right, exercising, and getting plenty of rest each day
