Dr. Hayder I. Mohammed is a respected member of the academic community and a dedicated researcher in the fields of fluid mechanics and thermal engineering. He currently holds a staff position in the Physics Department/College at the University of Garmian in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Dr. Mohammed holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Baghdad, Iraq, and a B.Sc. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Baghdad. He has published numerous research papers in prestigious journals and has a wealth of experience in thermal engineering and fluid mechanics.

Dr. Mohammed is the editor-in-chief of Passer Journal for Basic and Applied Sciences and a member of the Elsevier Reviews platform, recognized by the International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer. He is also a reviewer for several international journals and conferences.

His research interests include fluid mechanics, multiphase flow, heat transfer (convection and conduction), thermodynamics, phase change, nanoparticles and nanofluids, turbulent and laminar flows, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), numerical modelling, refrigeration systems, boiling (flow and pool) processes, multiphase boiling, condensation, and evaporation processes, and heat exchangers. Dr. Mohammed's research has been instrumental in advancing the field of thermal engineering, and his contributions have been widely recognized by his peers in the academic community.
