HOG/Round Square team discuss applications
Chosen candidates are called for an Interview by Round Square team
Following the interview, candidates complete properly:
Application form with picture and parents signature
Teacher's feedback form signed by all teachers, HOG and Vice Principal.
Once all documents are submitted, Round Square team starts to look for a placement
Once a placement is found and accepted by the student:
Dates for the exchange are decided
Families are put in touch
Exchanges fee must be paid
Hosting school may require to complete some forms
The exchange experience can be very similar in many countries and schools, so we expect flexibility from applicants.
Choices are offered, but we can't guarantee your preferred school/country. If you are open, your chances to go on an exchange increase.
