A dual degree is a program that allows students to earn two separate degrees, such as two bachelor's degrees or a bachelor's and a master's simultaneously, by completing the requirements for both. This can be done at the same university or at different institutions (even across countries), and it is different from a double major, which results in a single degree with two specializations.
Remember lots of universities offer study abroad programs too, so you may be able to experience more than one university as a part of your degree even if you decide to not apply to a dual degree program.
