🧾 Refund Policy – After-School Swim Lessons
Thank you for joining our Swim School programme. We strive to provide a fun, safe, and structured learning experience for all swimmers. Please read the refund policy carefully before committing to the season:
All fees are charged by season, based on the number of weeks of scheduled lessons.
Full payment is required before the start of the season to confirm your child’s placement.
Refunds will only be provided for medical reasons with official documentation (e.g. a medical certificate or doctor's memo).
The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of missed sessions, starting from the date the medical documentation is submitted.
The refund process may take 3–5 weeks to be processed by the Finance Department and will be returned to the same account used for the original payment.
🗓️ Other Absences (e.g. holidays, events, birthday parties)
We do not offer refunds or make-up classes for missed lessons due to personal schedule conflicts, family holidays, or occasional absences.
Our programme pricing is designed to be fair and consistent for all, regardless of how many sessions each child attends.
Lessons will continue in light rain unless there is a thunder/lightning alert.
In case of lightning, land-based activities or shelter supervision will be provided.
No refund or make-up is given for weather-related disruptions.
If a student withdraws from the programme before the season begins, a full refund will be processed.
No refunds will be issued for mid-season withdrawals unless due to medical reasons (see above).
