In Association with This Girl Can Campaign, we have arranged a schedule of Fun & Free BOUNCE & ZUMBA videos which you can use to get active at home!
Just watch the videos whenever you want or email email@example.com to view more free workouts such as spin, yoga and cardio kick box. The more the merrier so get your family and friends to take part too!
How can i get involved in Step Forward
You can enjoy activities and sessions run throughout the year on campus. Either by asking your Progress tutors or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or pop into the Learning curves at the campuses to say hello and find out more!
Join fun classes like Self defence, Zumba, street dance or yoga that can be provided by the project for students looking to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.

The mental benefits of Activity
Activity is one of the best ways to combat any mental stress or strain you may be feeling as a result of the restrictions and isolation. From improving self confidence and belief, to lowering your levels of stress and anxiety, being active gives you a release from the day to day struggles we all have and face but find it difficult to admit to.
