核子工程與材料研究實驗室
目標
核子工程與材料研究實驗室創立於2019年，目標為培育優質年輕工程師與科學家，探究材料在高溫系統與輻射環境應用的挑戰，例如在核能、火力發電系統與太空衛星的材料輻射耐受性能，機械性能與腐蝕性能。進一步利用表面改質技術，例如物理氣相沉積鍍膜與雷射處理，提升材料在嚴苛環境中的工作性能。
Goal
Established in 2019, the goal of Nuclear Engineering and Material Research Laboratory goals is training highly qualified scientists and engineers through exploring fundamental understandings for materials applied to the high temperature systems, such as the microstructural stability, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of alloys in the field of nuclear and coal-fired power plants. These materials include Nickel-based superalloys, Zircaloys, and High-entropy alloys. Besides, the physical vapor deposition and Laser technologies are applied to improve the material performance in the in the severe environments.

2023/08/25-26 恭喜工科系碩士班呂悦同學參加「112年度防蝕工程年會暨論文發表會」口頭論文發表競賽，報告題目：Inconel 617 經毫秒級脈衝雷射熱處理後於 750 ℃下乾空氣中氧化行為之研究，獲得第三名！
2023/08/25-26 恭喜工科系碩士班陳彥誌同學參加「112年度防蝕工程年會暨論文發表會」口頭論文發表競賽，報告題目：基超合金 282 經脈衝雷射退火後表面形貌與微結構變化之研究，獲得佳作！
2022/09/29 恭喜工科系碩士班陳安佳同學獲得111學年度原子科學院海報競賽 分組A.低碳綠能與環境科學 碩士班組優勝。
2022/09/29 恭喜核工所碩士班林靖宜同學獲得111學年度原子科學院海報競賽 分組C.核能與輻射應用組 碩士班組優勝。
2022/08/22 恭喜核工所碩士班曾郁慈同學入選國家太空中心主辦「太空事務青年選訓計畫」！
2022/07/01 恭喜工科系大學部專題生王文芯同學獲得國科會補助111年度大專生專題計畫「純鎳、鎳鉻合金、Haynes 230經過雷射熱處理後微結構、硬度及抗腐蝕性變化之研究」。
2022/03/14 恭喜工科系大學部專題生陳郁仁同學錄取荷蘭TU Delft 材料所碩士學程與德法義波MaMaSELF雙聯碩士學程入學許可。
2022/03/10 恭喜工科系大學部專題生鄧祖駿同學錄取工科系與美國加州大學柏克萊分校(UC Berkeley)核工系合作之「3+1+X計畫」雙聯學程入學許可。
2021/11/26-27 恭喜工科系碩士班許績騰同學參加「110年度防蝕工程年會暨論文發表會」2021防蝕工程壁報競賽，海報題目：預充氫含量對於鋯四合金在室溫硫酸與鹽水環境中之腐蝕行為影響，獲得佳作！
2021/11/14 恭喜本實驗室工科所碩士班學生林哲安、李唯綸與大學部專題鄧祖駿、王文芯組隊隊名材懷隋核戰隊參加第五屆材料知識學堂競賽獲得決賽第六名！
