退費政策 Refund Policy

  • 新生報名費一律不予退費。 The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • 若因簽證問題無法入學者,最晚得於開課後一週內申請退費,已繳納之學費將全數退還。If you cannot start the class because your visa application has not been approved, you may apply for a full refund within 1 week after the term starts.
  • 報名者因所報班別人數不足而無法開班,得於開課後一週內申請全額退費或延後一期入學(學費僅能保留一期)。If the class is cancelled due to lack of students, you may apply for a full refund or switch the tuition to the following semester. Tuition can only be deferred for one semester.
  • 自報名繳費後至開班上課日前申請退費者,學費退 90%。90% of the tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws before the class starts.
  • 自開班上課日起兩週內申請退費者,學費退 50%。50% of the tuition will be refunded if the student withdraws within 2 weeks after the class has started.
  • 自開班上課日起已逾兩週申請退費者,恕不受理退費申請。No refund is given 2 weeks after class has started.
  • 持研習中文停留簽證而辦理退費者,本中心將於退費日起三天內通報中華民國內政部移民署取消其簽證。If you applied for a FR visa using Wenzao’s admission letter, it will be cancelled by the Immigration Agency within 3 days of your withdrawal.
  • 退費申請處理約需四到六週。It can take up to 4-6 weeks to process the refund application.

備齊下列文件親洽華語中心辦公室辦理 Please submit the following items to the CLC office in person to apply for the refund:

  1. 學費收據正本 The Original Receipt
  2. 入學許可書 The Original Admission Letter
  3. 存摺影本 A Copy of your Bankbook
