Poster presentation -Important notice
The Paper-Poster presentation will be changed to E-Poster presentation.
The E-Poster file specifications as follows :
Poster size:
· 2160*3480 pixel
· The poster walls will be used VERTICALLY. The reference illustration is shown in the image below.
Tables and figures:
· Tables should be clear and self-explanatory.
· Figures and data should be designed to ensure legibility; when enlarged up to twice the display size, image resolution must remain clear (minimum 300 dpi).
Font sizes:
· Title: ≥72 point
· Headings/section titles: ≥40 point
· Body text: ≥24 point
· Caption: ≥18 point
Poster design tips:
Avoid dark backgrounds for text boxes.
Poster format recommendations:
· Keep text to a minimum, use short phrases, and avoid long sentences.
· Images must be generated at a resolution of at least 300 DPI to ensure clarity when enlarged.
· Please save and submit your poster as an unlocked PDF file (do not set a password) before Oct 6.

Deadline for paper submission: September 20, 2025, 24:00 (midnight, GMT+8)
Please follow the formatting instructions below when submitting an abstract:
Please write an abstract according to the template provided by the conference.
The abstract must be typed into the Abstract Submission Form.
The research is original, i.e., not already published or accepted for publication in any peer-reviewed journal nor in any book at the time of abstract submission deadline (September 15, 2025).
The research has relevance for sport and/or exercise and its effects on performance and/or health and/or aspects of well-being.
Abstracts are restricted to 3,000 characters (including spaces and references but not names or affiliations).
Statements like “Data will be presented and discussed” are not acceptable.
It may not contain any tables or graphs and is restricted to ASCII-characters only. Please note that an abstract prepared in a programme such as Windows Word may contain non-ASCII characters.
If there are references in the text, they have to be cited at the end of the abstract (they must fit in the 3,000 characters).
All abstract content is the sole responsibility of the author(s) of the abstract.
Oral presentation: only in Chinese or English, each presentation for 10 minutes and Q&A 5 minutes, totaling 15 minutes.
Poster presentation: Each presentation for 3 minutes and Q&A 2 minutes.
The poster format is an A0-sized straight billboard, 120 cm long and 90 cm wide. Please indicate the name of the presenter and co-author under the title.
