Welcome to the Wireless and Intelligent Network Systems Lab (WINSLab), led by Dr. Jenhui Chen, a distinguished scholar and accomplished researcher in the field of Computer Science and Information Engineering. Dr. Chen received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Tamkang University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1998 and 2003, respectively, and has since made significant contributions to the academic and research community. Currently holding the position of full professor of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering (CSIE) at Chang Gung University, Dr. Chen has established himself as a leader in the realm of intelligent systems, with a particular focus on human-like intelligence (HI), computer vision, image processing, deep learning, data science, and multimedia processing. His leadership extends beyond the academic realm, as he served as the chairperson of the department of CSIE and the head of the graduate studies section in the academic affairs office at Chang Gung University and holds a professorship at the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Chen's expertise is widely recognized, as he also contributes as a reviewer for esteemed academic journals organized by ACM, Elsevier, IEEE, and Springer. WINSLab, under the guidance of Dr. Jenhui Chen, stands at the forefront of cutting-edge research in wireless and intelligent network systems, fostering innovation and excellence in advancing technology for the benefit of society.
