The virtual sign language services by the Family Language Connector Program (FLCP) under the Heritage Sign Language Center (HSLC) Family Unit at Gallaudet University is eager for partnerships with Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) providers and educational entities (i.e. school districts). Accountability, inclusion, and multicultural lens guided by HSLC assures family engagement in learning sign language at no cost.Â

Heritage Sign Languages Center connects and supports heritage language schools and diverse communities for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in the U.S. The use of American Sign Language (ASL), Black American Sign Language (BASL), Mexican Sign Language (LSM), and other signed languages in the U.S is the greatest focus with outcome-based results. Stepping away from conventional teaching, HSLC is committed to inclusive education, whether online or in person, and seek to cultivate a sense of belonging through cooperative learning.
