My name is Mrs. Gress, and I am excited to be your reading and writing teacher! I have been teaching English and reading for 9 years! I started my career in Galesburg at Churchill Junior High School. I spent 7 years teaching 6th grade students in Galesburg. This is my 2nd year at Dunlap Middle School. Last year, I taught 6th grade ELA and 8th grade ELA. I am happy to be a 6th grade only teacher this year.

I live in Peoria with my husband, two girls - Atlas (6) and Arya (2) - and our two dogs - Chico (11) and Ming (3)- and our cat - Raven (10).
