District 205



The instructional coaching program at Galesburg District 205 supports teachers in improving student achievement. This program offers teachers an opportunity to work with a partner to develop a range of strategies from unit development to teaching strategies and class management to assessment. Coaches can also help teachers integrate technology, analyze data and reflect upon the teacher’s own teaching and learning. In order to maximize teacher effectiveness, our program is confidential, non-evaluative and personalized based on teacher needs.
