Congratulations to our latest Positive Office Referrals. We are so proud of your accomplishments and encourage you to keep up the great behavior.

Mrs. Whisenhunt’s class searched all around the room for a leprechaun. Students set traps in an attempt to capture one. The leprechaun also left a mess behind for the students to explore.

Second grade students enjoyed a STEM challenge. After reading “Rapunzel” and discussing fairy tales, students had to build a tower to place Rapunzel on. Students were given several tools to assist, but were unable to touch the tower pieces with their hands. Afterwards students reflected on the challenge and discussed teamwork.

Mrs. Mitchell’s pre-kindergarten enjoyed some St. Patrick’s Day fun and activities. Students also wrote about green eggs and ham and where they would not eat them for Read Across America Week.

We are celebrating Read Across America this week. We are showing our spirit with special days such as animal print or camo day, mustache day, wacky day, character day, and pajama day. Here are a few pictures from the start of our week.
