Progress Reward Ideas

Rewarding yourself is so important - even if you're "just" celebrating those first 2 weeks or 2 lbs of progress. Here are some ideas I've used that don't hurt my physical or financial progress!

This has been a fun one for me and I think my fellow coffee loves will be excited to jump on board. At the beginning of my program, I bought a sample pack of Bones Coffee and labeled each one to try at the completion of each phase (2 weeks). New Workout Clothes

New workout leggings make me happy... you too? The waist height and leg length are perfect for me and that's tough considering I'm 5'10"! Check out my link for a special intro offer. It is an monthly subscription but it's SUPER easy to skip months in the first 5 days of the month.

One of my favorite things to do is get a shirt specific to my program and hang it in my closet as inspiration. I don't get to wear it until my last day of the program which helps me keep it moving! If you're doing a Beachbody program you can find all sorts of apparel here!
