Sign Out of your Chromebook
Next to your profile name click the dropdown arrow
Select "Remove Account"
*If other users are on the Chromebook, remove them as well
Sign back into your Chromebook
Access your Form
Be Sure to power down your Chromebook regularly and clear your browsing cache
