宿舍一覽表

一、設籍於臺北市、新北市、基隆市以外地區 (需設籍達4個月【含】以上為準）之學生申請。

二、申請對象：

1.女性：女一、二舍。

2.男性：德惠宿舍。

3.性別友善者：德惠宿舍9樓。

三、宿舍分配優先順序：

1.身心障礙學生。

2.外籍生、僑生。

3.與父母（監護人）同一戶籍並設籍達4個月【含】以上之外離島學生。

4.中、低收入戶子女。

5.一般學生（視戶籍距校區遠近分配）。

四、床位分配：採抽籤方式辦理。

五、注意事項：

1.申請住宿資格均以一學年為期，未經家長（監護人）與學校同意，中途不得無故退宿。

2.全體住宿同學均必須參加防震、防火、防災訓練。如無故不參加前述訓練或拒絕緊急應變編組任務者，則取消下學年度申請住宿資格。

3.門禁採個人磁卡刷卡方式進出宿舍，嚴禁將磁卡借予他人使用及放任非住宿同學進入。

4.德惠宿舍主要提供住宿對象為新生男生，依新生戶籍遠近分配床位。

一、宿舍費請至彰化銀行學費入口網繳費(詳如下圖)

(一)點選網頁左側下方學生登入

(二)收款單位：實踐大學台北校區

(三)學號前2碼數字免輸入,如A109420001請輸入A9420001

(四)密碼為西元生日8碼,ex:19980821

(五)進行線上繳費pay或列印繳費單至超商繳費

二、自115年9月1日(二)起開始繳費，至115年9月14日(一)前繳費截止，逾期未繳費視同放棄住宿，床位釋出由備取人員依序遞補。

三、若辦理住宿費就學貸款，需列印繳費單辦理銀行對保並至生輔組核章後，送軍訓室查核。

四、低收入戶子女持鄉鎮市區公所證明者，可申請免住宿費，惟學期須服務工讀，請於入住宿舍後，洽詢軍訓室申請辦理。

Dormitory fees must be paid through the Chang Hwa Bank tuition payment portal (see image below for reference).
(1) Click Student Login on the lower left side of the webpage.
(2) Receiving Institution: Shih Chien University Taipei Campus
(3) Do not enter the first 2 characters of your student ID number.
Example: If your student ID is A109420001, please enter A9420001.
(4) Password: Your 8-digit date of birth in YYYYMMDD format.
Example: 19980821
(5) Complete payment online via Pay, or print the payment slip and pay at a convenience store.
Payment period starts from September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) and ends on September 14, 2026 (Monday).
Students who fail to complete payment before the deadline will be considered to have waived their dormitory accommodation, and their assigned bed space will be released to students on the waiting list in order.
Students applying for a student loan to cover dormitory fees must print out the payment slip, complete the bank loan verification process, obtain a stamp/approval from the Student Life Counseling Section, and then submit the documents to the Military Training Office for review.
Students from low-income households holding certification issued by the local township/city/district office may apply for a dormitory fee waiver. However, students approved for the waiver are required to complete part-time service duties during the semester. Please contact the Military Training Office after checking into the dormitory to apply.
