學歷文件(Academic documents)

1. 經中華民國駐外館處或代表機構認證之最高學歷證書及成績單。(Highest Academic Certificates and Transcript authenticated with the official stamp by the ROC overseas embassies or representative offices. Please attach the Chinese or English version with the official stamp if the original certificate is not in English or Chinese.)

2. 學歷查驗授權同意書(Scanned copy of a signed Letter of Authorization.)  

3. 僑生：請提供海外聯合招生委員會錄取通知書(Overseas Compatriot Student: Letter of admission issued by University Entrance Committee.)
