證件、學歷(力)資料上傳

請如實、如期繳交：

依據本校學則第四條規定，新生、轉學生入學時，應繳驗符合入學資格之學歷證明文件：

(1)所繳驗之學經歷證明文件查為不符入學資格者，即撤銷入學資格。

(2)有正當事由並預先申請經本校核准者，得先入學，但應於規定時間內補繳，逾期未補繳者，即撤銷入學資格。

(3)所繳驗之學經歷證明文件，如有偽造、變造、記載不實等情事，經查明屬實，即開除學籍，亦不發給任何文件；畢業後始發覺者，除撤銷其畢業資格，公告註銷並勒令繳銷其學位證書。

Students who have submitted forged, altered, or false supporting documents for proof of work and academic experience, or have cheated in the admission examination, shall be expelled from the University without any education certificate, when an inspection is conducted and the misconduct confirmed. If a graduate is proven of any of such misconducts, the University shall cancel the graduation status, revoke the degree conferred with public notice, notify the person concerned to return the diploma, and inform other colleges, universities, and related institutions or organizations of the aforementioned results.
