1111學期 元智大學 – 英文QQ全球通千人大賽

一、活動宗旨：

數位行動學習在教學領域中已成為一種新趨勢，學生可充分利用可攜式科技設備無所不在地學習; 尤其對於數位原生的大學生而言，智慧手機更是生活中不可或缺的重要工具。元智大學首度規劃英文QQ全球通千人大賽，鼓勵全校學生組隊參加，透過手機同步上線參加網路爭霸賽，除了豐富英文知識外，還可提升學習樂趣，以及培養團隊合作精神。

二、主辦單位：國際語言文化中心、贊助單位：高教深耕計畫

三、報名資格：凡元智大學大一學生皆須組隊報名，其餘年級自由參加。每組1~3人 (3人為上限)。

四、比賽日期與時間與地點: 2022年10月19日(三) 12:00-14:00

• 比賽地點：70203、70204、70205、70206、70201、70105教室 (參賽教室任選，恕不提供餐點)

• 12:10 ~12:20 參賽隊伍自行登入Kahoot遊戲PIN 碼。

• 12:20 準時開始競賽。

五、比賽辦法：

所有報名團隊在指定時間內用個人行動載具自行連上競賽網站:kahoot.it，每組僅需一台手機登入遊戲代碼即可，參賽別名輸入報名時的隊名。

競賽題目共30題，每題作答時間為30秒。遊戲結束後，得分最高的前40組獲獎。

六、比賽題目: 包含元智通及世界通兩類

例題1: How many colleges does YZU have now? ⓐ4 ⓑ5 ⓒ6 ⓓ7

例題2: When did World War II (WW2) Start? ⓐ1914 ⓑ1918 ⓒ1939 ⓓ1945

七、報名方式：

依Kahoot網站計分方式。

** 參賽行動載具的網路速度各有不同，若因上網速度影響比賽結果，主辦單位概不負責。**

九、獎勵辦法：

第 一 名：獎金三千元整 ( 1 – 2組 )

第 二 名：獎金二千四百元整 ( 1 – 2組 )

第 三 名：獎金一千八百元整 ( 1 – 2組 )

第 四 名：獎金一千五百元整 ( 1 – 2組 )

第 五 名：獎金一千二百元整 ( 1 – 2組 )

第六 ~ 十名：獎金六百元整 ( 5 –10組)

第十一~二十名：獎金三百元整 (10–20組)

2022 – YZU – Quick Quiz Contest

1. Objectives:

Mobile learning has become a new trend in educational technology since most young adults are digital natives. In order to encourage students to study English ubiquitously with their mobile devices, the ILCC at YZU has designed an online contest, Quick Quiz Contest, where the number of contestants is unlimited. Through the QQ contest the students will learn teamwork, improve their motivation, and enhance their English abilities in a fun and accessible way.

3. Contestants:

Contest registration is open to all current YZU students, however, it is mandatory for every freshman student. Each team is formed with 1-3 students.

4. Date and Time: October. 19, 2022, Wednesday. (No lunch served)

5. Venues (Classrooms): R70204, R70205, R70101, R70102………

6. Time: 12:10~12:20 Join a Kahoot game by entering the pin number.

7. Contest Details:

Each team uses one of their mobile devices to login to the website kahoot.it or directly into the Kahoot app by entering the game PIN and typing their teams’ name. There will be 30 questions shown on the shared screen one at a time. The contestants have 30 seconds to answer each question. The scores are based on how fast and accurately the players answer. The top 40 teams who receive the highest scores will win a prize.

6^th - 10^th ( 5-10 groups ) : NTD. 600
