114 挑戰極限英語  POWER UP 迎新活動

【簡介】

本活動結合語言學習與實境挑戰，透過多元任務導向教學與團隊合作競賽，協助大一新生適應英語授課環境、提升學術溝通能力，並激發英語學習動機。

【亮點】

1.主題導向課程設計：如「職涯探索自由選：多元視野啟發」、「學術英語大補帖銜接教材助力：從生活英語到學術英語」、「實境任務玩英語-校園闖關：全英語遊戲帶動團隊合作」 

2.多元競賽任務設計：含 PPT 簡報、英語短劇、校園闖關競賽等，發揮團隊創意 、重視應用與回饋；鼓勵學生在實作中提升語言能力，搭配教師講評與同儕回饋。

3.此為新生訓練相關活動;，無學分，無法參加者須請假。

🎉Overview

This event integrates language learning with real-life challenges through diverse, task-based instruction and team competitions. It aims to help freshmen adapt to an English-medium learning environment, enhance academic communication skills, and boost their motivation for English learning.

 🎉Highlights

Theme-based course design: Examples include English for Takeoff, Academic English Essentials, and Mission English: Real-Life Challenges.

Diverse competition tasks: Including PPT presentations, English skits, and campus challenge games to foster team creativity.

Focus on application and feedback: Students improve their language skills through hands-on practice, with feedback from both instructors and peers.

Notes

This activity is part of freshman orientation. It carries no course credit. Students who cannot attend must submit a leave request.
