The Angeleno Campaign is aimed at helping low-wage, hourly workers who had jobs in homes and restaurants, seasonal workers, and other precarious workers such as day laborers, street vendors, or self-employed individuals who are experiencing economic hardship because of the COVID-19 crisis. -Reside in the City of Los Angeles and be able to prove identity/address with a valid California Driver’s License, California Identification Card, tenant lease agreement, or postmarked mail.

The City’s 16 FamilySource Centers, which are operated by vetted non-profits, will assess applicants and provide families with grocery cards of $300 for 1-2 family members per household and $500 for 3 or more family members per household.

To qualify, applicants must first call (424)-293-8297 to get pre-screened. Community members can visit one of the approved locations (see attachment) AFTER they have been prescreened to pick their gift card.
