Sources of Evidence

Example Site

  • Sources of Evidence should be collected in a Google Site. This is just an example of one with all of the key pages needed to collect evidence.

  • These sources of evidence must be updated and available for review at each of the formal observations by your University Supervisor.

  • This is an important part of the evidence we need to be documented for certification purposes and your performance in this area will impact your final grades.

IMPORTANT! (Attention to Detail is a strong sign of a good teacher!)

  • Be sure all documents you upload into your Google Site has the shared settings open for your Mentor Teacher and Supervisor to view them. It is very frustrating if the shared settings are not set correctly as it will require the Supervisor or Mentor Teacher to have to request access to view. This delays their work to assist and support you.

  • Ask your University Supervisors how they wish to know you have updated your site. It may be an email or text sent to them each time you update or upload anything new to your site so they are aware there are new documents to review. Work out a system that works for both of you but always stay in communication with your University Supervisor!
