My research interests focus on understanding the dynamics of Biomolecular Interactions in cancer relevant context. By studying them we can characterize specific molecular complexes that describe interaction networks which can be used to draw the mechanisms governing immediate biological processes.

Adopted approaches are aimed at:

  • challenging Protein-RNA interactions for drug discovery
  • development of biological methods to study detailed mechanisms of action
  • sensing biomolecular interactions for applications in clinical diagnosis
