We are excited to welcome you to Lexington and the University of Kentucky for the 2026 Arts Disaster & Crisis Preparedness Conference. Please review the information below as you prepare for your time with us.
The full conference schedule is available in Sched. Use the schedule to review sessions, speakers, locations, and timing as you plan your conference experience.
Set up or update your Sched profile before the conference. Your profile gives fellow attendees an opportunity to learn more about you and begin making connections before we gather in Lexington.
Review the conference schedule and select the breakout sessions you plan to attend.
Breakout rooms have limited seating, so we strongly encourage you to select your sessions in advance rather than waiting until you arrive. Seating priority will be given to attendees who have registered for the session in Sched by September 21.
Adding sessions to your Sched schedule also creates a personalized conference itinerary that you can easily reference throughout the event.

Assigned rooms for each session can be found on the conference schedule or on the Sched website or app.
The Cornerstone Parking Garage is located at 401 S. Limestone, directly across from the Gatton Student Center. Cornerstone Garage has entrances and exits on South Limestone and Upper Street.
Visitors without a UK parking permit may take a ticket when entering the garage and pay the applicable hourly parking fee when leaving. The cost of parking is $3 per hour with a $30 per exit maximum.
Discounted parking for the Cornerstone Parking Garage can be purchased on-site at the conference for $15 per day, payable by cash, check, or credit. Please plan to purchase your discounted parking voucher from Courtney Evans during morning registration on Thursday and Friday.
Limited visitor parking is also available in the surface lot adjacent to the Gatton Student Center. After parking, note your license plate number and use the Pay-to-Park meter. Payment is required upon arrival.
Parking availability is not guaranteed, and conference parking vouchers or reimbursements are not available for the Student Center Parking Lot.
The University of Kentucky uses eduroam. If your home institution participates in eduroam, you should be able to connect using your existing institutional credentials.
Guests who do not have eduroam access may connect to the UK Guest wireless network and create a guest account when prompted.
You can also download the Sched app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to view the schedule and manage your conference selections from your mobile device.
If you will need lodging during the conference, please book your accommodations as soon as possible. The conference coincides with UK Family Weekend, and hotel availability in Lexington will become increasingly limited.
Conference room blocks are available at several hotels near the conference site. Hotel may be sold out.
