The UCLA Summer Research Incubator is a virtual, entry-level seven-week summer program for students pursuing research or creative inquiry on issues of social justice or diversity in the humanities, arts, and social sciences. In 2024, the Summer Research Incubator is supporting the research of twenty-six undergraduate students working with Graduate Research Mentors on seven different areas of inquiry.
The Summer Research Incubator is administered through the Undergraduate Research Center for the Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at UCLA and run by Director Dr. Jacquelyn Ardam. For more information on the Summer Research Incubator, please visit our website.
The Undergraduate Research Center - Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at UCLA acknowledges the Gabrielino/Tongva peoples as the traditional land caretakers of Tovaangar (the Los Angeles basin and So. Channel Islands). As a land grant institution, we pay our respects to the Honuukvetam (Ancestors), ‘Ahiihirom (Elders) and ‘Eyoohiinkem (our relatives/relations) past, present and emerging.
