EyeGo
Mobile Eye Care Clinic
Mobile Eye Care Clinic
EyeGo is a non-profit, mobile eye clinic dedicated to serving underrepresented families and children while on the road. We will start in Southern California, particularly in school neighborhood areas. As we expand, however, we plan to open up a second mobile clinic to move into other regions and serve more families in need. We know how important and delicate our vision is, which is why we are committed to bringing our eye care services to you!
Did you know that fewer than 15% of preschool children receive an eye exam by a professional?
According to the American Optometric Association, "children should have their first eye exam at six months of age, another at age three, and again at the start of each school year as their vision changes." With the ongoing pandemic and virtual learning in place, students all over the nation have had to endure long periods of time in front of computer screens. Thus, EyeGo is committed to alleviating some of this burden by targeting elementary, middle and high school kids in underrepresented communities whose families have little to no accessibility in receiving vital eye care services.
Our mobility gives families and individuals an accessible way to obtain vision care.
Get your children's eye health evaluated at a low cost to you! We'll diagnose, treat, and write prescriptions at affordable costs.
Our bus stops at a variety of low income Elementary, Middle, and High Schools around Southern California. Find one closest to you!
