1. Review current trends in dynamical systems approaches to quantifying full-brain dynamics, and disturbances in disease states.
2. Explain the role of simulation in explaining non-stationary, nonlinear neural phenomena, such as neural cascades, traveling waves, oscillation generation and synchronization.
3. Demonstrate how to use tools like Virtual Brain, a reference tool for full-brain simulation, to reach your brain dynamics objectives.
To get to GH 122 you can enter GH either from the South (near CHS entrance parking) or from the West (Switzer Plaza accessible from CHS parking or CHS). See blue stars for access points. Note that from Tiverton entrance, you'll need to go up two floors to Level 1. Once on Level 1, GH is at the north-west corner just south of Cafe.
Parking. There are lot's of parking options in Westwood or on campus. Structure 2 located to the north east of CHS has visitor parking and is an easy 5 min walk.
