The current state and the future projection of NLP technologies in the production Recommendation System for multi-language large-scale user traffic are to be discussed. Implementations of document embedding and topic extraction models and their usage as features are to be explained. Plans and ideas of additional NLP techniques are to be shared. This presentation will mostly cover news recommendations, as well as other services such as shopping, sports, etc. NLP-related MLOps challenges and solutions will also be discussed.
