Workout Wednesday begins June 13, 2018
Hello Berkner Band! You are all invited to come join Mr. Schayot for early morning workouts four times this summer!
We will start with a short run around Berkner and end with an indoor workout (a workout just like Kick-Off Camp.. only expanded).
This is completely OPTIONAL! Come to as few or as many workouts as you would like. All are welcome to come join us for a group approach to enjoying your workout!
RAIN OR SHINE
Attire: Wear marching clothes and tennis shoes.
Bring a full jug of ice water.

We will also be talking about goal setting, personal workout schedules that include rest days, pacing, hydration and nutrition. The students will also be introduced to a holistic approach to fitness (body & mental fitness) through life balance.
