Hot Spot Changes for RISD

The RISD T- Mobile internet service provider no longer supports Richardson ISD hotspots. That availability was associated with the pandemic and emergency funding. While Richardson ISD is currently considering working with a new hotspot vendor, families are encouraged to visit risd.org website > Parent Corner > Parent Resources > where they can find this link - https://www.fcc.gov/acp- which is a federal program for alternative low-cost internet solutions.  

Or families can apply on their own for a free hotspot through the T-Mobile 10 Million Project (formerly the Sprint 1 Million). Here is the link:
