The group focus on helping overseas each year, this year they have

raised money to :


+ fund Training in Emergency Aid for 4 Midwives in Uganda

+ buy 10 Foetal Stethoscopes for midwives in Uganda

+ fund 200 Polio Vaccinations In Africa



Stories of Hope

To make lives better for small children in areas of conflict or natural disaster. The group arranged for toy animals to be knitted and then made story books about the animals. The animal and book were sent to children in areas of natural disasters and conflict.

Namibian School

A link has been established with a school in rural Namibia. The school serves a wide catchment area and currently has 240 primary students who board. They are an outstanding school in Namibia.

The Interact Club have continued to adhere to their motto of ‘service before self’ by organising a collection of books and teaching resources for a primary school in rural Namibia. Members were able to gather 32kg of materials which were delivered to the school
