Concert Choir

Grade Level: 10-12

Prerequisite: Vocal Level I or private lessons

Requirements: Fee TBD (for sheet music and field trips)

Concert Choir is a vocal/performance group designed to give students the opportunity to sing a varied repertoire alone, with others, and in small and large group ensembles using proper vocal techniques; interpret notes, rests, and meter signature; recognize and demonstrate standard terms; and sing a variety of diverse genres, cultures, and languages demonstrating their interpretative and expressive qualities. Numerous rehearsals and performances are scheduled throughout the year.
