Coach Track and Field (1973-1985)

Produced 5 consecutive Region Championship teams from 1976 until 1980.
Four State Runner Up teams in 1977, 1981, 1984 and 1985.
Two third place finishes in 1978 and 1982.
Produced 40 individual region champions from 1976 to 1986
Produced 12 individual state champions from 1976 to 1986
Not only did Fred have several successful teams and individuals, he is known for improving SHS Track and Field to a top level program which has remained at that level until today.
