In this standard, students must think of fraction multiplication as resizing (scaling).
For example,
2 2/3 x 8 MUST be more than 8 because 2 2/3 is greater than 1
3/4 x 5/5 = 3/4 because multiplying by 5/5 is the same as multiplying by 1
3/4 x 8 MUST be less than 8 because 3/4 is less than 1
