This course instructs the “Artificial Intelligence” (AI) in real estate finance and investment so that students can apply the technology or software in solving the complicated problems in the real practice. Scope of this course includes the “Computed Assisted Mass Appraisal” (CAMA), Analysis of the “Big Data” for market projection (e.g., sources from the “Google Trend” or the “Real Transaction Price System in Taiwan”), Mortgage Payment Calculation (Development of app.), and the Financial Feasibility Analysis of Projects (using Excel Function). Students will significantly improve their capability in using the technology, software and the information on the internet for advanced analysis.
Given that most students taking this course lack of financial background, the course first intro- duces fundamental financial concepts before applying principles of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation to real estate financial analysis and investment evaluation. The aim is to en- hance efficiency, reduce labor input, and achieve rapid and accurate problem-solving.

With Financial background, but teacher still will introduce the concept of the fundamental financial at beginning.
This course aims to equip students with skills of using software or big data on the websites for efficient and real-time analysis and forecast, as well as automated calculation and investment decision making.
