We're on day 2! We're so excited to work with you this year. As the days go on and we all become more familiar with our learning tools, things will feel more routine. For now please complete our list and call, email or message us on Seesaw if you need anything. We are here for you! Additionally, we'll have office hours where a Zoom link will be open from 2:00-3:00 if you want to talk to us.

- Watch Mrs. Hooper's math videos Lesson 1-you'll need counters and your dry erase board
- Do math assignment lesson 1-math pages 11-14
- Watch Mrs. Settlemyer's video called A Weekend with Wendell and respond out loud as she asks you questions.
- Journal Writing: Answer the question on the lined journal page in your materials. Write a letter to either Wendell or Sophie.

- Log onto Seesaw and watch the story Chrysanthemum. Then click "add a response" and draw your name with lots of pictures to describe yourself.
- Watch Mrs. Hooper's two math videos and the Brain Pop Jr. video called Count On to Add
- Do math assignment lesson 2- math pages 17-20
- In Seesaw complete the Addition Strategy: Number Lines activity
- Watch Mrs. Settlemyer's video called This is Our House and respond out loud as she asks you questions.
- Journal Writing: Answer the question on the lined journal page in your materials. Think and write about George.

- Log onto Seesaw and listen to Mrs. Settlemyer read Henry and Mudge. Then in the big book we gave you practice reading it to yourself. Lastly, record yourself reading Henry and Mudge on Seesaw.
- Watch Mrs. Hooper's two math videos and the Brain Pop Jr. video called Doubles
- Do math assignment lesson 3- math pages 23-26
- Watch the story First Come the Zebra and respond out loud as she asks you questions.
- Journal Writing: Answer the question on the lined journal page in your materials. Compare Grasslands with where you live. How are they the same? How are they different?

- Log onto Reflex math (there is a link in Internet Resources). Get a green light.
- Handwriting: Find your turquoise handwriting book. It was in the back with your materials. Watch the Handwriting lesson 1 video. Complete pages 7 and 9. Have an adult check your letter formation and grip. You can also watch the video about Frog Jump Capitals.
- In Seesaw complete the Doubles & Near Doubles activity and the CVC word activity.
- Watch Mrs. Settlemyer read the story The Old Woman Who Named Things and respond out loud as she asks you questions.
- Journal Writing: Answer the question on the lined journal page in your materials. Think about all of the characters in our stories about friendship. Who would you like to be friends with? Why?
