Reading
Each day you will complete a reading mastery lesson with a story and a two page workbook activity. Read the story, then complete your workbook page that goes with it, front & back.

Journal: Each day pick a journal prompt from the packet and write a 3-5 sentence paragraph about it in your red notebook

LexiaCore5 is an optional program you may choose to utilize with your child. It is recommended up to 20 min daily.
Parents, the first time you go to this site you'll need to enter my email: ebena@kpbsd.org then your student will enter their username and password. (Hint: username is your student ID number and the password is your birthday: DD/MM/YY)
The first time you use this website, it will be a placement test. You can tell it's a test by the apple in the bottom left corner turning blue. When it is blue, do not ask anyone for help, just try your best. When the apple is white, it's regular activities, and when the apple is red, it means you need to ask an adult to help you!
Our class is using the Prodigy Math Game to help students learn and practice math curriculum. I’ll use Prodigy to set assignments, review progress, and support your child’s learning.
