UNDERGRAD AND SENIOR PORTRAIT MAKEUP DATE IS OCT. 4. 

• All seniors must get a photo taken. Those who want a multiple-outfit session, must register for a specific time slot here. Those who want only a headshot do NOT need to register. They will be called down 1st or 2nd block; there is NO charge and tux/drape will be provided. 

• Undergraduates who were absent also will be called down. Those who want a retake must fill out this form.

• Yearbooks are $85 if ordered by Dec. 31, then $90 after that
