Noelle Jung (Ms. Jung)

This is my 6th year at Tyee and one of my favorite things is learning about... myself :) For example, I recently learned that I am really (and I mean really) afraid of heights, and that I am pretty good at making Korean food (when my dad helps me). Seriously just learned those two things this summer! Another of my favorite things is learning about all of you-- can't wait to start!

In LitComp2, our goal is to notice and analyze the stories all around us-- not just in literature but in society, media, and even our own families. We'll always ask big questions about the world and ourselves. I'm really excited to hear your voices and help you develop and deepen your own perspective. Our class flows as it goes, so I'm never 100% sure what will happen, but we will definitely be reading some amazing books together, writing reflections, poems, and an essay or two, sharing our ideas in discussion, and hearing others' stories through deep listening.
