Things have changed quickly that we were not prepared for. We understand that life can be hard right now. Your School Counselors want you to know that all of your feelings matter.

You may have feelings from scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. Remember to:

-Breathe Deeply

-Take One thing at a time

- And You are Not Alone
