STEM
Class overview
Science Hall is once again excited to be offering STEM to our students this year. The purpose of STEM is to interest our students in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math for future career opportunities. We will be using creative hands-on lessons to solve real world problems. This semester kindergarten – second grade will be studying many topics under Engineering Connections and third – fifth grade will be studying Organisms, Energy Exploration and Environmental Changes.
Kindergarten - Second grade will use STEMscopes throughout the school year as we work on different projects.
Third - Fifth grade will use the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Design Process throughout the school year as we work on different projects.
