Welcome!

We are a group of Harvard Psychology graduate students and post-docs passionate about mentoring undergraduate and full-time research assistants as they take their first steps into the research process. We've crowdsourced the materials in this site to help you navigate your mentoring role smoothly and effectively. Here you will find a list of general recommendations and resources at Harvard and beyond, a template to build your own mentoring syllabus, and materials for skill-building workshop on topics ranging from scientific literacy and communication to data science and professional development.
