Standard Math: Students will be utilizing classroom manipulatives to find unit rate and display graphically.
Accelerated Math:
Life Science: Students will be studying the process of evolution. Students will conduct a candy lab to analyze the aks.
Social Studies: This week students will explore the causes and effects of European Partitioning in Africa and analyze the lasting effects. They will also analyze how the Pan-African Movement led to nationalism and eventual independence in various African nations.
Language Arts: Students we will be learning all about The Terrors and Wonders of Space! They will focus a lot of our time on informational texts and nonfiction text features.
