When can I book my move-in arrival time?
Booking for move-in arrival times will open in mid-July. We will send an email to your student email account when booking opens. You will book your arrival time through the Res Life Portal.
Why is my Move-In arrival time only 15 minutes?
Your arrival time is a 15 minute window to arrive on campus. After that, you will have as much time as you need. We do ask that you return the carts as soon as you are done using them. Returning carts in a timely manner is very important to a continued smooth move-in. We use 15 minute windows to stagger arrivals and help keep traffic flow low on and around campus.
What furniture is already in my room?
Each resident is provided an extra-long twin bed and mattress, desk, desk chair, and chest of drawers (Schallenkamp and Abigail) or wardrobe (Towers, Singular, and Trusler). Furniture measurements are available on the residence hall pages. Single rooms may have 2 sets of furniture.
Can I bunk or loft my bed?
Beginning in mid-July you can request your bed be lofted go to the Residential Life Portal (where you filled out your contract), click the “Lofting Request” link on top of the main page. If bunking, your roommate will also need to complete the form to ensure the request is mutual.
All lofting requests must be submitted on or before August 1st. Only one bed per room can be lofted. Loft requests will not be accepted after that date.
How do I get the internet?
