Inspirational Art- Let any of his art inpsire you to create an art piece. It can be something similar or you can draw all or part of what you see. Please click the links above to see more of his work.
Incorperate LOTS of items in the designs. Notice he uses a collage or "collection of stuff" technique of many things to give the viewer lots to see. Also, notice how your eye moves across his work, keep that in mind with your design, too.
Use whatever art utensils you have at home, on any paper available. Publish to your Artsonia Portfolio: Sam Brown Folder. (see Artsonia Tab)
Use everyday objects to create a drawing or a design, look at objects "differently", using them to take up space and forms needed for your art piece. Take a picture and submit to Artsonia or my email. mrichardson@dentonisd.org
use the instuctions on the presentation to WATCH and create a Silent Movies.

You can turn them into mrichardson@g.dentonisd.org (the google account accepts video better then michardson@dentonisd.org)
There are many options in the directions, another choice is to use Artsonia to take the video through the app and then submit it. Personally, I like the CLIPS APP on my phone, used it for the Flipbooks.
Consider watching a movie, HUGO 2011 on Netflix.

Put a heart(s) that says Thank You in your window and on your front door to show support of the medical care givers going to and from work and in your neighborhood. Option: Have parent post a picture to social media to help get the movement started.
Take a picture with a phone photo app.
With parent permission try one of the following apps:
Guffaw Funny Photo Video Booth; LOL MOVIE; Magic Mirror and use a filter to swirl or destort a picture.
The subject of the picture can be you, or anything in the yard or house, you must have permission to use a person, especially a sibling! Pets don't mind ;0) This can be very funny but be sure it's okay, just ask first, except the answer. Swirling our faces made us laugh really hard earlier this year.
Draw your App swirled/distorted picture with pencil, pens, markers, highlighters would be fun for this one, oil pastels, whatever you have available. Publish to your Artsonia Portfolio (see Artsonia Tab)
1. Use items you find outside to make art by balancing rocks or arranging items into pictures.(consider safely collecting a few rocks like the kid in the 2nd video for practicing)

3. Send it to me one of two ways. Take the picture while in the Artsonia App and submit it (preferred method; see Artsonia Tab) or send it to mrichardson@dentonisd.org
