Welcome to Guyer High School!  Although Guyer High School has only been in operation for eighteen years, GHS is a learning community with a rich history, a clear identity, and a commitment to ongoing improvement for all. It is a great pleasure and honor to be the principal of John H. Guyer High School during such a momentous period in its history. 

Through exemplifying an educational leadership style that encompasses the tenets of servant leadership, I aim to lead our students, staff, and community to great heights. My most important goal, however, is to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment filled with opportunities for each student to maximize his or her unique potential, continue to be challenged, and continue to learn according to his or her own style. Every student has a gift, and it is our responsibility to find the ways to make those gifts emerge. We want each student to understand their strengths, to acknowledge their opportunities for improvement, and to know that the Guyer High School staff is here to support them in all endeavors of their lives.  Put plainly, Guyer High School will be recognized as a premiere high school in the United States of America, and we welcome your partnership in ensuring that this goal is brought to fruition. 

I have an open-door policy, and I welcome student, parent, and community collaboration and participation in the educational process.  Once a Wildcat, Always a Wildcat!  We hope to see you soon at Guyer High School!
